Recombinant Anti-EGFR × Anti-IGFR Bispecific Antibody (Tandem Diabody) is a bispecific fusion protein with four binding sites, two of which bind to antigens of one kind of cells and the other two to the other kind of cells. This BsAb can simultaneously block two receptors. It was designed for the treatment of Colorectal carcinoma, Cervical carcinoma, Breast carcinoma, Pancreatic carcinoma.
