Anti-FcγRI× Anti-LDL Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-FcγRI monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for LDL. A linker is added between the two Fab. This BsAb can regulate of Fc receptors in uptake and metabolism of low-density lipoprotein(LDL).
