Recombinant Anti-FcγRIII × Anti-CD30 Bispecific Antibody (Tandem Diabody) is a bispecific fusion protein with four binding sites, two of which bind to antigens of one kind of cells and the other two to the other kind of cells. This BsAb can retarget of NK cells to tumor cells. It was designed for the treatment of Hodgkin's disease.
