Recombinant Anti-ITGAV × Anti-Ad fiber knob Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) (CAT#: FAB-L082)

Recombinant Anti-ITGAV × Anti-Ad fiber receptor Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-ITGAV monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for adfiberreceptor. A linker is added between the two Fab. The bispecific antibody is somewhat smaller than a whole IgG, and therefore it clears from the blood naturally at a faster rate. This BsAb can retarget of adenoviral vectors to tumour cells. It can be used in cancer gene therapy to transfer a therapeutic gene into tumour cells aiming at selective and efficient cell killing.
