Recombinant Anti-Met × Anti-VEGFR-2 bsAb in the scFv-Fc format was generated, in which two scFvs, one for VEGFR-2 and one for Met, were fused to the N-terminus of the heterodimeric Fc. It is capable of inhibiting the downstream signaling and tube formation stimulated by the two receptors, c-Met and VEGFR-2, in human endothelial cells.
