Recombinant Anti-MUC1 × Anti-CD28 Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) (CAT#: FAB-L072)
Recombinant Anti-MUC1 × Anti-CD28 Bispecific Antibody (Fab2) is composed of the Fab of the anti-MUC1 monoclonal antibody and Fab of an antibody specific for CD28. A linker is added between the two Fab. The bispecific antibody is somewhat smaller than a whole IgG and therefore it clears from the blood naturally at a faster rate. This BsAb can enhance the cytotoxicity of LAK cells.It was designed for the treatment of bile duct carcinoma.
