Recombinant Anti-VEGF × Anti-ANG2 Bispecific Antibody (Bi-Single Domain Antibody) (CAT#: NANO-L001)
Recombinant Anti-VEGFA × Anti-Ang2 Bispecific Antibody (Bi-Single Domain Antibody) comprises two monomeric VH-like binding entities of different specificities that are fused to each other in a bivalent-bispecific manner. Bi-Single Domain Antibody is only consisted of the VHHs. The loss of light chain and constant fragment in bi-Single Domain Antibody does not eliminate their functional antigen-binding capacity, but even endows them non-substitutable advantage in application. This BsAb is capable of inhibiting two proangiogenics and a combined blockade of them has a greater inhibitory efficacy compared with inhibition of either factor alone. It was designed for the treatment of diseases that are associated with VEGFA- and/or Ang2- mediated effects on angiogenesis are disclosed.
