Specific For Retinal Cadherin Research
We purchased this chicken polyclonal antibody to study CDHR1 in retinal tissue. It worked well in Western Blot, identifying the photoreceptor-specific cadherin. The IgY format is advantageous for our experiments, reducing interference from mammalian immunoglobulins in the tissue samples.
Good Reactivity With Human Target
This antibody specifically reacts with human CDHR1 and helped us investigate outer segment disc morphogenesis. The polyclonal nature provided a strong signal in our assays. It is a useful tool for researching inherited retinal dystrophies associated with mutations in this gene.
