Anti-CD98 (clone IGNX)-DBM-MMAF ADC (CAT#: ADC-106LZY)
This ADC product is composed of an anti-CD98 antibody (clone IGNX) conjugated via DBM linker to MMAF (IGNX-DBM-MMAF). It has demonstrated a response in lung carcinoma, ovarian tumor treatment by a MOA (Mechanism of Action) of microtubules depolymerizing.

Description: Auristatins are water-soluble dolastatin analogs of dolastatin 10. Dolastatin 10 belongs to dolastatin family and it can powerfully bind to tubulin, thus inhibiting polymerization mediated through the binding to the vinca alkaloid binding domain, and causes cell to accumulate in metaphase arrest.

The protein exists as the heavy chain of a heterodimer, covalently bound through di-sulfide bonds to one of several possible light chains. The encoded transporter plays a role in regulation of intracellular calcium levels and transports L-type amino acids.
