PE-A*01:01/Human GAS1 (GSDGGLDDY) MHC Tetramer (CAT#: MHC-LC4440)
This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of human GAS1 of peptide GSDGGLDDY covering 256-264 and A*01:01 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.
