PE-A*02:01/Human MAGE-C1 (ILFGISLREV) MHC Tetramer (CAT#: MHC-LC193)
This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of MAGE-C1-derived peptide of ILFGISLREV sequence covering 959-968 and A*02:01 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes human CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

- This gene is a member of the melanoma antigen gene (MAGE) family. The proteins of this family are tumor-specific antigens that can be recognized by autologous cytolytic T lymphocytes. This protein contains a large number of unique short repetitive sequences in front of the MAGE-homologous sequence, and therefore is about 800 aa longer than the other MAGE proteins.
