PE-A2/Human FLII (SLFPGKLEV) MHC Tetramer (CAT#: MHC-LC1954)
This product is a tetramer of biotinylated peptide/MHC complex with streptavidin mainly composed of human FLII of peptide SLFPGKLEV covering 1010-1018 and A2 molecule. The pMHC tetramer recognizes CD8 T cells, and can be used in the analysis of individual antigen-specific T cells.

- This gene encodes a protein with a gelsolin-like actin binding domain and an N-terminal leucine-rich repeat-protein protein interaction domain. The protein is similar to a Drosophila protein involved in early embryogenesis and the structural organization of indirect flight muscle.
