Specific NUP93 Detection
This recombinant mouse monoclonal antibody is excellent for detecting NUP93 in Western blots. We observed a clean band at the expected molecular weight using human cell lysates, with very little background noise compared to other antibodies.
Recombinant Reliability
The fact that this is a recombinant antibody expressed in CHO cells gives us great consistency between lots. We rely on clone 4443D3b for our nuclear pore complex research, and it has never failed to recognize the human NUP93 target.
