Specific ZSCAN9 Binding
We needed an antibody that targets the folded domain of ZSCAN9, and the YC175 clone worked perfectly. We used it in ELISA and it showed strong binding affinity. It is a high-quality recombinant human antibody for zinc finger protein research.
Effective in IP
This antibody was effective for immunoprecipitating ZSCAN9 in our transcriptional regulation studies. The pull-down was clean, and subsequent analysis confirmed the presence of the target protein. A reliable tool for functional genomics.
