SH3 domain scaffold protein anti-Human GKAP/SAPAP (CAT#: SST-L188)
The SH3 domain that bound GKAP/SAPAP was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, SH3 domain variants were identified having affinities for GKAP/SAPAP as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
