Src homology domain 3 (SH3) scaffold protein anti-HIV-1 Nef (CAT#: SST-L194)
The Src homology domain 3 (SH3) that bound Nef was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, SH3 variants were identified having affinities (KD=20 mM) for Nef as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
