Ubiquitin scaffold protein anti-Human HC (CAT#: SUB-L206)
The ubiquitin that bound HC was isolated from the library using Phage display techonology. After affinity maturation, ubiquitin variants were identified having affinities (KD=10.7 ± 1.0 nM) for HC as determined by biosensor technology. It's potential to be used in diagnostic, research and therapeutic applications.
