105AD7 is a human monoclonal antibody emulating the complement regulatory protein CD55. This antibody has demonstrated the ability to induce antitumor inflammatory responses in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer, and it is being considered as a potential vaccine for the treatment of this disease. This product is the DrugMonitor™ Anti-105AD7 Antibody (VS-0125-YC5), specifically designed as an anti-drug antibody (ADA) that targets 105AD7. The ADA was raised in rabbits immunized with Fab fragment of the 105AD7 antibody and is suitable for use in ELISA and lateral flow assays. This antibody may be employed in pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or as a reference standard in ADA assays. Furthermore, as a drug-based antibody, it serves as an exemplary tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, facilitating the determination of 105AD7 drug concentrations in various samples.
