Rabbit Anti-ACADS Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC12)

The Rabbit Anti-ACADS Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat ACADS. ACADS encodes a mitochondrial flavoprotein in the acyl-CoA dehydrogenase family, catalyzing the initial step of fatty acid beta-oxidation. Mutations are linked to SCAD deficiency, with alternative splicing producing different isoforms. The anti-ACADS antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunoprecipitation (1/20).
