Mouse Anti-ADAP1 Recombinant Antibody (AD128)

The anti-ADAP1 recombinant antibody (AD128) reacts with human and rat ADAP1. ADAP1 (Centaurin-alpha 1) is a GTPase-activating protein that binds PIP3 via its PH domains. It acts as a downstream effector of PI3K signaling, modulating Arf6 activity to regulate vesicle trafficking and actin cytoskeletal remodeling, particularly in the context of neuronal dendritic branching. The anti-ADAP1 antibody (AD128) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
