The anti-AFAP1L2 recombinant antibody (AF812) reacts with human AFAP1L2. AFAP1L2 (XB130) is an adaptor protein that integrates signals between Src kinases and the PI3K/Akt pathway. It serves as a molecular scaffold that regulates cell survival, migration, and actin cytoskeletal organization. It is frequently overexpressed in thyroid and lung cancers, promoting invasive phenotypes. The anti-AFAP1L2 antibody (AF812) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
