This is a monoclonal antibody 2G7 which specifically reacts with aflatoxin. The mAB 2G7 binds to aflatoxin B1 with high affinity and sensitivity.

Initially, the scFvs were tested by indirect competitive ELISA using the AFB1–BSA conjugate as a coating antigen and aflatoxin B1 standard solution as the target analyte. Then, the cross-reactivity of the scFvs with aflatoxins B2, G1, G2, and M1 was also performed.
