The anti-AHCY antibody is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that binds to human AHCY protein, a calculated weight of 48 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R35-5L-9 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000).
