Recombinant Mouse Antibody scFv Fragment clone CAM, which is specific to β2GPI. CAM is a mouse aCL/β2GPI-dependent mAb (IgG) that was derived from a mouse with experimental SLE associated with secondary APS. This mAb has the potential to induce primary APS by passive administration or by active immunization of naive mice.
