This R98-1X-5 recombinant monoclonal antibody recognizes human ARHGAP26 protein, a calculated weight of 92 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R98-1X-5 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution range 1:100-1:200).
