This CHO Stable Cell Pool represents a genetically engineered Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cell population specifically designed for the robust and consistent expression of recombinant R29-7-1 C. R29-7-1 C is a Mouse monoclonal antibody that targets C16orf54. This cell pool was generated through the stable integration of genes encoding the heavy and light chains of R29-7-1 C into the CHO genome, followed by selection and enrichment for high-expressing cells. This cell pool provides rapid production of research-grade antibodies for non-GLP preclinical studies.
