Distinct C4d Staining in IHC
We used clone LH61 to stain for the C4d complement fragment in frozen tissue sections. The antibody clearly highlighted the deposition of C4d, which is a critical marker for classical complement pathway activation. The staining was specific and had minimal background on our human samples.
Reliable on Paraffin Sections
This mouse antibody worked very well on paraffin-embedded tissues (IHC-P). It recognized the specific cleavage fragment of C4, allowing us to investigate complement-mediated rejection mechanisms in our research. The Protein G purification ensured a high-quality reagent for our pathology studies.
