Targets Pancreatic Cancer
We used these liposomes to target CA19-9 expressing pancreatic cancer cells. The Clone 5B1 antibody on the surface provided excellent targeting specificity, and we observed significant uptake of the liposomes by the tumor cells in our confocal microscopy experiments.
Versatile Cargo Loading
This product is very versatile for drug delivery research. We were able to load both hydrophilic dyes and hydrophobic drugs into the liposomes without compromising their stability or targeting ability, which helped us test different therapeutic payloads in vitro.
