Recombinant Anti-CCL23 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (MOR08389_g3-23_g3j var.)

The anti-CCL23 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human CCL23. CCL23 influences T cell trafficking and activation, contributing to immune responses. The antibody has a novel CCL23-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble CCL23 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
