Rabbit Anti-CES1 Recombinant Antibody (clone R05-5K4)

This antibody is a recombinant rabbit antibody against CES1 (Carboxylesterase 1), which involves in the detoxification of xenobiotics and in the activation of ester and amide prodrugs. It specifically reacts with human, mouse and rat CES1. It has been reported for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Flow cytometry. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Flow cytometry is 1/500-1/1000, 1/20 and 1/50-1/100, respectively.
