Rat Anti-Clasp2 Recombinant Antibody (Cl791)

The anti-Clasp2 recombinant antibody (Cl791) reacts with human and murine Clasp2. Clasp2 is a microtubule-stabilizing protein that works alongside Clasp1 but shows high localization to the leading edge of migrating cells. It anchors microtubules to the cell cortex via IQGAP1 and integrin complexes. Clasp2 is critical for establishing cell polarity and for the stable attachment of microtubules to kinetochores during mitosis. The anti-Clasp2 antibody (Cl791) has been tested in Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
