Rabbit Anti-CLDN1 Recombinant Antibody (clone R09-5K9)

The product is a recombinant rabbit antibody against CLDN1 (Claudin 1), which acts as a co-receptor for hepatitis C virus (HCV) in hepatocytes. CLDN1 associates with CD81 and the CLDN1-CD81 receptor complex is essential for HCV entry into host cell. It specifically reacts with human, mouse and rat CLDN1. It has been reported for use in Western Blot.
