Mouse Anti-CLEC10A Recombinant Antibody (CL795)

The anti-CLEC10A recombinant antibody (CL795) reacts with human CLEC10A. CLEC10A (CD301) is a calcium-dependent endocytic receptor expressed on macrophages and dendritic cells. It specifically recognizes terminal GalNAc residues (Tn antigen). Signaling through CLEC10A promotes an "M2-like" anti-inflammatory phenotype and is involved in immune tolerance, particularly in the recognition of tumor-associated glycans. The anti-CLEC10A antibody (CL795) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
