Recombinant Anti-CLEC3B Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (CBC275 var.)

The anti-CLEC3B eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against mouse CLEC3B. CLEC3B has functions in retinal health, possibly involved in exocytosis packaging. The antibody has a novel CLEC3B-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble CLEC3B from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
