Recombinant Human Anti-CMV Antibody (C15) (CAT#: HPAB-AP302-YC)
Antibodies reactive against antigenic domain 4 (AD4) (amino acids 121-132 and 344-438) of CMV AD169 envelope glycoprotein B (gB) were isolated from the plasma of a healthy volunteer having CMV- neutralizing activity. The anti-human cytomegalovirus antibody (C15) has high affinity to CMV with KD value of 6.44 nM. The IC₅₀ value of neutralizing activity is less than 0.3 μg/ml. It can be used in the research of treatment, prophylaxis, detection, and diagnosis of human cytomegalovirus infection.
