Recombinant Human Anti-CMV Antibody (C2) (CAT#: HPAB-AP303-YC)
Antibodies reactive against antigenic domain 4 (AD4) (amino acids 121-132 and 344-438) of CMV AD169 envelope glycoprotein B (gB) were isolated from the plasma of a healthy volunteer having CMV- neutralizing activity. The anti-human cytomegalovirus antibody (C2) has high affinity to CMV with KD value of 4.17 nM. It can be used in the research of treatment, prophylaxis, detection, and diagnosis of human cytomegalovirus infection.
