This product is a recombinant chimeric (human/mouse) antibody that recognizes an antigenic determinant expressed predominantly on the surface of colorectal adenocarcinoma cells. Mab c30.6 has an enhanced antitumor activity than m30.6 and might be a useful immunotherapeutic reagent for colorectal carcinoma.
