Recombinant Anti-CSH1 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (17 var.)

The anti-CSH1 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human CSH1. CSH1 is a hormone crucial for immune signaling and related to conditions like choriocarcinoma. The antibody has a novel CSH1-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble CSH1 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
