The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-CYP1B1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat CYP1B1. CYP1B1, another cytochrome P450 family member, plays a role in metabolizing estrogen, associated with primary congenital glaucoma and earlier segment dysgenesis, impacting pathways like the aryl hydrocarbon receptor. The anti-CYP1B1 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
