Mouse Anti-DCBLD2 Recombinant Antibody (DC897)

The anti-DCBLD2 recombinant antibody (DC897) reacts with human DCBLD2. DCBLD2 (ESDN) is a transmembrane receptor involved in vascular smooth muscle cell migration and tumor progression. It acts as a scaffold for various receptor tyrosine kinases, including EGFR and VEGFR. DCBLD2 signaling is upregulated following vascular injury and in metastatic lung and pancreatic cancers, promoting invasive phenotypes. The anti-DCBLD2 antibody (DC897) has been tested in Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Western Blot (WB).
