The antibody is verification in western blot analysis of DGKA in Hela, A549 lysates. The recombinant monoclonal antibody is specifically created to bind human DGKA. The R06-6H4 is recommended for dilution of target protein by western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution 1/50-1/100), immunoprecipitation (dilution 1/20).
