Human Anti-DNA-PKcs Recombinant Antibody (VS-0723-CJ2)

DNA-dependent protein kinase catalytic subunit (DNA-PKcs) fragment DPK3 is located between the leucine zipper (LZ) and T2609 autophosphorylation cluster. The scFv format of this antibody enhanced the sensitivity of tumours transplanted in Balb/c athymic mice to radiation therapy. This antibody has been tested for use in western blot, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence.

- This antibody were determined by ELISA assay coated with purified DPK3 as antigen. Immunohybridization analysis of total extract of HeLa cells using this antibody showed an unique immunobinding band with DNA-PKcs. This antibody decreases the activity of DNA-PKcs in response to radiation and enhances the sensitivity of tumours to radiotherapy.
