Rabbit Anti-DNTT Recombinant Antibody (clone R08-8D9)

This R08-8D9 recombinant monoclonal antibody reacts with human DNTT. It cross-reacts with mouse. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IP. The antibody has the positive detection of DNA nucleotidylexotransferase protein by western blot analysis of TdT in MOLT4 lysates.

- Template-independent DNA polymerase which catalyzes the random addition of deoxynucleoside 5'-triphosphate to the 3'-end of a DNA initiator.
