Mouse Anti-EBAG9 Recombinant Antibody (EB41)

The anti-EBAG9 recombinant antibody (EB41) reacts with human EBAG9. EBAG9 (RCAS1) is an estrogen-responsive gene that modulates the immune response in the tumor microenvironment. It is often overexpressed in various cancers and is secreted to induce apoptosis in T-cells and NK cells by interacting with an unknown receptor. EBAG9 signaling facilitates tumor immune evasion and is associated with poor clinical prognosis. The anti-EBAG9 antibody (EB41) has been tested in Immunoprecipitation (IP).
