2-Ethylidene-1,5-dimethyl-3,3-diphenylpyrrolidine (EDDP) is methadone's primary metabolite. This product is the DrugMonitor™ Anti-EDDP Antibody (VS-0125-YC2137), specifically designed as an anti-drug antibody (ADA) that targets EDDP. The ADA was raised in mice immunized with EDDP and is suitable for use in ELISA and lateral flow assays. This antibody may be employed in pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or as a reference standard in ADA assays. Furthermore, as a drug-based antibody, it serves as an exemplary tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, facilitating the determination of EDDP drug concentrations in various samples.
