Rabbit Anti-ELANE Recombinant Antibody (clone R01-6K1)

It is a recombinant rabbit antibody that recognizes human ELANE (Elastase, neutrophil expressed), which inhibits C5a-dependent neutrophil enzyme release and chemotaxis. The antibody recognizes and binds to human ELANE. This antibody has been used in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Flow cytometry, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Flow cytometry and Immunofluorescence is 1/500-1/1000, 1/50-1/100, 1/50-1/100 and 1/50-1/200, respectively.
