- Antibody hLi7 bound to L. intermedia venom in a specific manner with no detectable cross-reactivity with L. laeta and L. gaucho venoms in dot blot assay. hLi7 was able to inhibit 100% of the venom's (0.75 µg/mL) hemolytic activity in neutralization assay. In sandwich ELISA, L. intermedia venom (0.039-10 µg/mL) were added and incubated with this antibody (20 μg/mL).
