Recombinant Anti-EPS15 Soluble TCR (P14) (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) (CAT#: VS-0622-YF902)
TCR (P14) recognizes EPS15 peptide (KAKYDAIFD) in the context of HLA A*02. Soluble TCR expressed with ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun strategy (TRAV-TRAC partial-ZIP-Fos, TRBV-TRBC partial-ZIP-Jun) was validated to be able to bind pMHC in published references. The same expression strategy (ZIP-Fos/ZIP-Jun) is used to express this recombinant soluble TCR (P14). Please note that the activity is not guaranteed.
