Recombinant Fab fragment to EV71. This product is a recombinant Humanized antibody that recognizes EV71. The monoclonal antibody reacts with the epitope of EV71. The antibody can be used for specifically identifying antigen of EV71 virus particles, can generate a remarkable enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay with EV71 virus, and has a neutralizing activity for resisting EV71 virus infection. Human antibody specific for binding against E1 FUYANG-0805 strains EV71 virus particles using Fab antibody neutralization experiments identification function, the results showed that El has good neutralizing activity.
