The Rabbit Anti-FBXW7 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human FBXW7. FBXW7, an F-box protein, directs cyclin E for degradation, with mutations implicated in cancer pathogenesis, particularly ovarian and breast cancer, through regulatory pathways affecting cell cycle proteins. The anti-FBXW7 antibody can be used for Immunohistochemistry (1/100-1/200).
